Réczicza Law Firm White & Case LLP is the leading law firm in the Hungarian capital of Budapest. The Client's brief was to throw a special Thanksgiving party for their top forty international clients and their partners. Guests were welcomed to the law firms offices with a children's choir lining the candle lit spiral staircase. The intimate atmosphere continued with live smooth jazz entertainment whilst guests enjoyed an exceptional buffet dinner centred around the traditional large roasted turkey.
The mood for the holiday celebrations was brought to life with earth toned thanksgiving decorations and an abundance of nature inspired elements including pumpkins, fall wreaths, nuts and beautiful candles.
A token gift of an American football was a nod to the NFL games of the day.

Delegates were flown in from ten locations and accommodated in a luxury five star hotel with on site conference facilities.
We were also responsible for the design and meeting room set up to include all technical requirements. Due to the variety of nationalities and dietary requirements, great consideration and consultation went into the menu planning.
Additionally, the company's VIP guest was treated to a city tour with a private guide.

This American Law firm required hospitality for nearly 400 employees of their forty-two international offices at the World Cup in 'country'.
We were responsible for managing all hotel bookings, transportation to and from the venues and evening entertainment.
During the day, lunch was provided on site by an award winning catering team. In addition to the hospitality arrangements, the World Cup matches were streamed live around the site onto plasma screens. Coordination of twenty teams, group matches and knock-out stages required exceptional technical planning in the football stadium.

This client’s requirement was to provide conference facilities & accommodation for thirty-five delegates to include a two-day meeting and a programme of outdoor activities to include all transport arrangements.
Although basic conference facilities were required, my client requested maximum natural lighting for the meeting rooms.
A number of outdoor pursuit activities were made available to allow participants to get to know one another outside the office environment. Sailing on lake Balaton proved a successful activity as teamwork was a key component in ensuring everyone’s enjoyment.

Our client required a unique press conference that was arranged in one of Europe’s top luxury hotels. The brief was to provide an oriental breakfast menu for selected business partners and journalists, after which the main press conference took place. Coordination of the venue, sending invitations, registration, press releases, speeches and room set up were paramount to the success of such a high profile launch.

We were delighted to be chosen to facilitate the annual conference for a select group of influential business women from Poland. This high profile event required conferencing facilities in addition to extra curricular activities. A tailor made package involved the group being whisked away to Hungary’s local fashion houses and boutiques where they were met with champagne and canapes whilst meeting with designers and exploring the workshops. The day was rounded off with a bespoke fashion show created for all the VIP guests before enjoying an evening at an award winning restaurant.

What do you do for a relocation company who wants to celebrate their 50th anniversary in Orlando?
The challenge was not to take them to any of the local theme parks but to find a unique location: Cheyenne Saloon & Opera House. A big group of mainly male guests thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment with coyote ugly girls, a Dolly Parton look-alike and country music entertainment. Great food with local steaks and burgers went down well with the selection of beer from local breweries. Pre-arranged transportation for all 250 guests helped to ensure that all guests found their way back to their hotels.

A substantial budget was made available to create a very memorable Christmas celebration for all employees attending this event. Guests were, firstly, welcomed with artificial snow upon entering the venue which, was done because this was a time when the real weather was not going to produce. This was very effective in creating an atmosphere to help guests to relax and have some fun. To extend this feeling of winter, mulled wine with roast chestnuts was offered upon arrival in the beautiful square of the Royal Castle of Budapest. Comedy entertainment from the UK and a famous local pop group created a great atmosphere throughout the whole night. A traditional Hungarian Christmas Dinner was served to get the guests into the mood of the festive period.

It was my privilege to organise a major forum for the CEOs of the leading fifty banks in Europe. During the 3 days there were ladies programmes for partners whilst the executives had their meetings and conducted business. Dinners supplemented with entertainment were arranged at various venues with a gala dinner on the second evening. This event involved ensuring 24-hour high profile security at all event sites and with police escorts for all transportation. A medical team was on site during the whole event. The conference facilities had to be designed and built in a unique venue with individual screens for all participants. Translators were selected from a EU organisation with the highest knowledge and practice of finance translation and the hostess team was always available at all venues to support the bankers.

Hochtief is one the world’s leading construction group. My client wanted to do something very unusual. This was to be a party in the currently unfinished Hochtief office building which was a site structure without walls, windows or doors, etc. The objective was to show this as it was to their potential tenants and business partners in order to demonstrate the quality of the work beneath the skin of buildings we normally know. As the event was planned in June, we created a beach with sand all over the party area. All the props and decoration reflected beach scenery with surf boards, palm trees, beach huts, and many other beach paraphernalia on show. In addition to an abundance of entertainment, a photo booth was installed in one corner of the party location.

To organise a high profile wedding in the Cote d'Azur or a great party in a monastery in a capital city are two examples of where creativity and geographical location are no limit for our imagination and execution. From the very first call through to creating the themes and the execution presents great challenges for us to overcome. Unexpected circumstances are not unusual but we are always prepared to come up with solutions. My aim is to achieve memorable events for my Clients and their guests where everything is designed according to my Clients' needs and respecting their budget requirements.

My brief was to create an authentic atmosphere for a wedding reception for a couple of Indian and Latvian background. The venue was a night club in a UK location with large ethnic minority population. My preparation time with the couple was very exciting but also educational on the wonderful subcultures we have in this country. I went through the details of their wedding ceremony in Goa that lasted for a week. I had lots of initial ideas how to recreate the beautiful scenery, the colours, the food that would be appealing to all five senses. It was not an easy venue in terms of originality but I believe we achieved an amazing atmosphere with the decoration, the party service caterer and the entertainment. One hundred and fifty people were happily celebrating with the newly wed young couple.
