How do you start to create a wedding theme if you haven’t met and don’t know the couple yet?
My first meeting is a discovery when I usually meet the couple in a public place that I ask them to recommend. This is how I get my first impression of them. What sort of place they like and where they would like to talk about their life-changing event, where they might want to grab a bite, a drink, a coffee or a tea. After talking through their requirements, I suggest to do a little home work before we meet next time.
This is to answer a list of questions such as what are their favourite colours, what cars they like to drive, what is their favourite building, where would they like to go on their honeymoon, what flowers they like, what are their favourite watches, what are their favourite parfumes, etc.
Any detail that would help me to get to know their style, their taste will get me closer to them and what is needed for an event that is in tune with their own identities.
